Yes, all BONDI BORN orders are fully trackable, so you can follow your purchase from our warehouse to your doorstep.
How to Track Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Simply click the tracking link in the email to view the status of your delivery.
You can also log in to your BONDI BORN online account to access tracking details for all your recent orders.
Shipping Partners:
For orders within Australia, tracking is provided by Australia Post.
For Same Day Delivery and 3 Hour Delivery in Sydney Metro, tracking is handled by Rendr. Orders must be placed before 11am AEDT Monday to Friday(excluding NSW Public Holidays).
For New Zealand orders, tracking is managed through Australia Post Express.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email or if the tracking information is not updating, please:
Check your junk or spam folder.
Ensure that the email address used at checkout is correct.
