At BONDI BORN, we offer a range of premium shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly, no matter your location within Australia. Here’s an overview of our shipping services:

Standard Shipping

Cost: Free for orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $10 applies.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days.
Courier: Australia Post.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its journey.

Express Shipping

Cost: A flat rate of $15.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
Courier: Australia Post Express Shipping Service.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro Only)

Cost: Starting at $15, with rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Delivery Time: Within 3 hours or same day, depending on your location.
Availability: Orders must be placed before 11am AEDT Monday to Friday(excluding NSW Public Holidays). Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next business day.
Courier: Delivered by Rendr.
Important:
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- If no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery charge will apply.
- Shipments cannot be cancelled once they are collected by the courier.

Processing and Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods such as sales, promotional events, or holidays, dispatch times may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
