What happens if I miss my delivery?Updated 2 months ago
We understand that sometimes you may not be available to receive your delivery. If this happens, here's what you need to know:
Standard and Express Shipping
For orders sent via Australia Post, if no one is available to accept the delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office.
Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel, including the address of the post office and any identification required.
Your parcel will be held at the post office for a limited time before being returned to us if uncollected.
Same Day Delivery and 3 Hour Delivery (Sydney Metro)
For Same Day Delivery and 3 Hour Delivery via Rendr, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the driver cannot leave the parcel unattended.
In the event of a missed delivery, a re-delivery charge may apply. You will be contacted to arrange a new delivery time.
If you are not often available during delivery hours, we recommend using a work address or an alternate location where someone can sign for your parcel.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you have selected Authority to Leave (ATL) for your Standard or Express order, the parcel will be left in a safe place at your specified location.
If the courier deems the area unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, it will be redirected to the nearest post office, and a card will be left with collection details.
