If Your Order Has Not Arrived Yet
All BONDI BORN orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Standard Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, while Express Shipping takes 1–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend:
Checking your tracking link for the latest updates.
Confirming that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
Ensuring there were no attempted deliveries—Australia Post may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
