What should I do if my order is delayed or incomplete?Updated 2 months ago

At BONDI BORN, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you swiftly and seamlessly. If you are experiencing a delay or have received only part of your order, here’s what you need to know:


If Your Order Has Not Arrived Yet

  • All BONDI BORN orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Standard Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, while Express Shipping takes 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend:

    • Checking your tracking link for the latest updates.

    • Confirming that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

    • Ensuring there were no attempted deliveries—Australia Post may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

If Your Order Arrived Incomplete

If you have not received your tracking details or believe an item is missing, please:

  • Check your order confirmation email for multiple tracking numbers.

  • Look for separate parcels if your order contained multiple items.
