At BONDI BORN, we are committed to dispatching your order as swiftly as possible to ensure it arrives on time and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping times:

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

• All online orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays).

• Orders are prepared for shipping Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

• During busy periods such as sales, promotional events, or holidays, dispatch times may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard Shipping

• Handled by Australia Post.

• Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days.

Express Shipping

• Handled by Australia Post Express.

• Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro)

• Available for customers in the Sydney Metro area.

• Orders must be placed before 11am AEDT Monday to Friday(excluding NSW Public Holidays).

• Delivered within 3 hours or on the same day, depending on your location.
