Can I exchange my online purchase?Updated 2 months ago

At BONDI BORN, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your garments. If your item isn’t quite the right fit, you are welcome to request an exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.


How to Request an Exchange

  • Visit our our Returns & Exchanges Portal here and enter your order number (start with #BB which can be found in your order confirmation email) and email address.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to exchange and choose the desired size, colour, or style.

  • A pre-paid return label will be generated for you at no additional cost. Simply print and attach it to your parcel.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges, BONDI BORN covers the return shipping cost, so you won’t be charged any fees for sending your item back.

  • Simply drop off your parcel at any Australia Post location or schedule a pickup if available.


Processing Your Exchange

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo quality control to ensure it is unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Your replacement item will be dispatched within 24–48 business hours of passing quality control.

  • You will receive a Confirmation Email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.
