Yes. You may return your online purchase in-store. Please bring your order confirmation email or proof of purchase with you to our Gould St store so our team can assist you with the return. Returns are subject to our standard returns policy.

How to Submit An Online Return

• If your purchase was made through our website, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal here and follow the steps to submit your return for a refund, exchange or store credits(with 15% bonus value).

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your items back to our warehouse.
