Sale Items

• Sale items are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene labels and swing tags attached.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Final Sale Items

• Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by our team.

• This policy is in place to ensure clarity and fairness during promotional events and final clearance sales.
