How to Request Store Credit

  • Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal here and enter your order number (start with #BB which can be found in your order confirmation email) and email address.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose Store Credit as your preferred return method.

The Benefits of Store Credit

  • When you select store credit, you will receive an additional 15% of the value of your returned item(s). This bonus amount will be added to your credit total, giving you even more to spend on your next purchase.

  • No return shipping fees apply when you select store credit—BONDI BORN covers the cost for you.

Receiving and Using Store Credit

  • Once your returned item passes quality control, your store credit will be issued via email confirmation.

  • Your credit will be linked directly to your BONDI BORN account for seamless checkout during your next purchase.

  • Store credit does not expire, allowing you to shop at your leisure.
