How do I submit a return or exchange?Updated 2 months ago
At BONDI BORN, we aim to make the return process as seamless and straightforward as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the steps below to submit your return through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Step 1: Prepare Your Return
Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or damage.
All hygiene labels and swing tags must remain attached.
Items must be securely packaged — we recommend using the original packaging if possible to protect your garment during transit.
Step 2: Access the Returns & Exchanges Portal
Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal here and enter your order number (start with #BB which can be found in your order confirmation email) and email address.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your reason for the return.
Choose whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit(with 15% bonus value).
Step 3: Return Shipping
If you choose a refund, a $10 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
For exchanges or store credit(15% bonus value), return shipping is complimentary, covered by BONDI BORN.
Print your pre-paid return label and securely attach it to your parcel.
Step 4: Send Your Return
Drop off your parcel at any Australia Post location or arrange a pickup if available.
Keep hold of your return receipt as proof of postage until your refund, exchange, or store credit is processed.
Step 5: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your item, it will undergo quality control to ensure it is unworn, undamaged, and meets our return policy requirements.
Please allow 24–48 business hours for processing once your return has been received.
You will receive a Return Confirmation Email once your request has been finalised.
