At BONDI BORN, we strive to process returns promptly while ensuring each item meets our quality control standards. Here’s what you can expect during the return process:
Return Processing Time
Once your return is received at our Sydney warehouse, it will undergo a quality control inspection to ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
This process typically takes 24–48 business hours from the time we receive your parcel.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits
Refunds: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: Your replacement item(s) will be dispatched within 24–48 business hours of passing quality control. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your exchange is shipped.
Store Credits(with 15% bonus value): Store credit will be issued immediately after the quality control process is complete and you will receive a credit confirmation email with all the details.
Tracking Your Return
Once your return is shipped back to us, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided when you posted the parcel.
