I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?Updated 2 months ago
If you’ve realised there is an error in your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team at care@bondiborn.com.au as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the address before it is shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has been collected by Australia Post, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
You may, however, be able to update your delivery details directly through Australia Post’s MyPost portal, accessible via your tracking link.
