We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and we’re here to help if it hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe.

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery times typically ranging between 2–7 business days for standard shipping, and 1–3 business days for express shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, we kindly ask that you:

  • Check the tracking status provided in your shipping confirmation email

  • Allow additional time during public holidays or peak sale periods

  • Be aware that parcels to regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times
