What is your return, exchange or refund policy?Updated 2 months ago

At BONDI BORN, we take pride in our premium designer pieces and understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with our policy.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or damage.

  • All hygiene labels and swing tags must be intact and attached.

  • Items marked as Final Sale (purchased at 50% off or more) are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty by our team.


Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, you may request a full refund or store credit. All faulty items will be assessed by our team before processing.

  • This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For refunds, a $10 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • For exchanges or store credit(with 15% bonus value), return shipping is complimentary, covered by BONDI BORN.
